Policies and Procedures in Practice of Info Myanmar College (October 2025)

1. Academic Policies and Procedures
Info Myanmar College has established a comprehensive set of academic policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality and consistency of teaching, learning, assessment, and student support.
These include policies on outcome-based education (OBE), curriculum design and review, teaching and learning approaches, student assessment, and academic integrity.
All academic processes are constructively aligned with programme learning outcomes (PLOs) and are supported by transparent documentation, clear responsibilities, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
To maintain relevance and quality, the College conducts regular curriculum reviews and stakeholder consultations involving students, alumni, and industry partners.
Academic staff are guided by professional standards and engaged in continuous professional development to ensure effective delivery and enhancement of learning experiences.

2. Administrative and Support Policies
Beyond its academic dimension, Info Myanmar College has developed clear administrative, operational, and support policies covering human resource management, financial governance, facilities, and student services.
These policies establish transparent procedures for recruitment, performance appraisal, budget allocation, procurement, and infrastructure management.
Student support services are delivered through structured processes that include admissions, academic advising, counselling, extracurricular activities, and employability training.
All administrative policies and procedures are designed to promote efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness to stakeholder needs, ensuring that academic operations are effectively supported by sound institutional management.

3. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
